As a Growth Hacker at Digiteum, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing strategies to scale client acquisition and drive sustainable revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging data, experimentation, and creativity to maximize impact across channels.

Responsibilities

    Growth strategy & execution

  • Design and execute data-driven growth strategies to achieve client acquisition goals.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across relevant channels.
  • Experimentation & optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing and growth experiments to identify effective channels and tactics.
  • Client acquisition & engagement

  • Develop lead-generation campaigns targeting Digiteum ICP in the US and EU. 
  • Analytics & insights

  • Leverage HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools Digiteum uses to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CAC, conversion rates, and LTV to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration & innovation

  • Work with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to align growth efforts with company goals.
  • Propose and implement innovative strategies for a quick revenue growth in 2025/2027.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in growth hacking or a similar role, preferably in B2B IT services sales.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Creativity and adaptability to develop innovative solutions in a competitive market.
  • Experience in optimizing lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
