Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to take charge of an exciting project involving an ERP system for manufacturing process control. This role provides the opportunity to work on a blend of proven and cutting-edge technologies, transitioning from .NET 4.7 to modern frameworks like .NET 8 and microservices architecture.

As the lead developer, you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive impactful decisions, ensuring the system evolves to meet the dynamic needs of global manufacturing businesses. This project empowers you to combine technical expertise with strategic thinking, delivering innovative solutions tailored to client-specific challenges while embracing the latest advancements in digital transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and evolution of the Client’s ERP system, transitioning from .NET 4.7 to modern frameworks like .NET 8 and microservices architecture.
Design, implement, and maintain APIs, front-end components, and backend systems to deliver seamless functionality.
Take ownership of the entire tech stack, including infrastructure, database design, backend, and frontend development.
Work directly with the database, creating reports and ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Customize and extend the ERP system to meet specific client requirements.
Set up and manage DevOps pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment and system reliability.
Participate in meetings with potential customers, showcasing and demonstrating the platform’s technological benefits.
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute feature enhancements and system improvements.
Strategize and implement future-proof solutions to align with business goals and technological advancements.

Must have

Proven experience in .NET Framework (4.7) and .NET Core/8 development.
Strong skills in designing and developing APIs and full-stack applications.
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management.
Proficiency in database management, SQL, and reporting tools and techniques.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and related best practices.
Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently to deliver high-quality results.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and showcase technical solutions to clients.

Good to have

Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar).
Understanding of manufacturing or ERP systems.
Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
Ability to plan and execute system transitions from older technologies to modern platforms.
Experience in conducting performance optimization and load testing.
