We Speak 15+ Languages at Digiteum
If you count only human, non-fictional, not programming languages. Otherwise, the number would have been bigger, much, much bigger.
People who learn foreign languages are known for mastering multitasking, having better cognitive abilities, focus and, generally, broad worldview.
If this is true, then our cumulative worldview stretches all around the globe and beyond. Just before the European Day of Languages, we asked the folks at Digiteum what languages they speak and ended up with an impressive list of 15+ world languages.
Now, there are about 7,000 languages spoken in the world, so 15 may seem like not such a big deal at first. However, it is all a matter of perspective.
We broke down the info gathered from our fellow teammates into several mind-blowing insights just to show you why 15 is, in fact, a significant number. You’re welcome!
