We need all hands on deck to run a successful scoping workshop. The more materials you can provide, the more productive it will be. The workshop itself is a 2-4-hour interactive session tailored to the specifics of your project. During the workshop, we cover everything from your ideas and goals to project requirements and success metrics. We prepare a scoping session around your needs and set up a collaborative space. After about a week, you will receive a detailed report with a rich set of deliverables. Deliverables depend on your input and goals, but at a bare minimum, you will get prioritized requirements, a high-level backlog, technology stack and team recommendations, a project roadmap, and a realistic time and cost estimate.
